Return & Exchange Policy

Our return and exchange policy is customer centric and designed to ensure maximum facilitation to our valued customers. Somehow, there are some very basic conditions and compliance to these conditions is mandatory. These conditions are given below 


  1. Only those return or exchange requests will be entertained that are made only within 7 working days of the delivery of product.
  2. The product for return or exchange must not be used, ironed or washed.
  3. The product tags and labels must be intact.
  4. Sharing the original receipt for return or exchange is also mandatory.
  5. To initiate the return or exchange request, the customer must file a formal request through our specified WhatsApp number 03407709015.
  6. To pursue the return or exchange request, the customer will send us back the article through courier. The courier cost will be paid by the customer.
  7. On receiving the article back, this will be examined thoroughly to see whether it is still in the exact shape in which it was delivered or not. The process will only proceed if the article is in exact same shape and condition.
  8. If the article is found to be damaged in any way, no return or exchange will be entertained and the customer will have to pay to the courier service to receive the article back.
  9. Starkids bears no responsibility for any damages incurred while in transit.

Exchange Options

Under this provision, customer can change the size of product (if available), or, he can swap the product with some other in stocks amounting exactly the same. In a case of price difference, the exceeding amount will be paid by the customer.


Return Options

If a customer is willing to return the article, he can send the article back and claim a full refund. All the refunds will be made through same mediums i.e. Jazz Cash, Easy Paisa or Bank Transfer. To receive refund through bank transfer, the customer will furnish the bank account details.
