How to place order online?

Order placement on our website is very simple and easy. You can buy your favorite product in three easy steps.

1- Browse through the products and click on your desired article. Now click on the “add to cart button” given beside each article on our web.

2- Now finally confirm your order by clicking on “check out” option. Before completing your order, have a good look on the selected article/s whether these are exactly the same or not.

3- The contact information you provide to us is stored in an
encrypted manner and never shared with any third party at all.



How will I receive my ordered product?

Some of the most credible couriers are our official logistic partners i.e. TCS. We deliver all the orders through any of our logistic partners depending on the customer location, whichever suits the best. Orders amounting to Rs. 1500 or more will be delivered free of cost.

In how many days the order will be delivered at my doorstep?

In most cases, this doesn’t take more than just 2 to 3 working days. If the order is placed on holidays, the order is dispatched on very next working day.

What is the payment procedure?

For maximum customer facilitation, we offer “cash on delivery” service. If a customer is willing to pay in advance, payments can be made through Jazz Cash, EasyPaisa and Bank Transfer as well.

How to inquire about the status of my order?

Once your order has been dispatched and handed over to the logistics, you will get a tracking number through which you can inquire the real-time status of your order.

What about your exchange policy?

We give our customers the liberty to exchange the article within 7 working days of delivery. The customer will have to send us back the article along with the original invoice for confirmation purposes. For detailed information, consult our “Return & Exchange Policy” section.

What if I want to simply return the article?

In a case where the customer is not happy with the purchase
due to any reason, he can return the article. Just make sure that you send the article back in exact same shape in which it was delivered to you. by shape we assume that the article must not be used, all the tags and labels must be intact, the article must not be ironed or roughed up. In case of return, the delivery charges will be paid by the customer. Refund will be made through Jazz Cash, Easy Paisa, or Bank Transfer.

What if I change my mind and want to cancel my order?

In a case where the customer changes his mind, make sure to contact us immediately because if the order has been handed over to the courier service, the order may not be cancelled.

I am confused about the exact size of my child. What to do?

This is a very common concern. To address this issue, customers can consult our “how to measure” section. This will help you take the exact measurements and order the most appropriate size for your child.

Can you deliver internationally?

Well, we do not deliver internationally right now. Somehow, considering the massive requests of our offshore prospects, international deliveries can be expected in near future.
